Birthday party roundup.
wow, that was a total blast.
It was everything a pizza party should be.
Great turnout, some (pleasantly) surprising faces, a few missing ones due to bad timing or circumstance.

sorry I won't give individual shout outs, but thank you for coming!

92 years young! (by Lisa Q.)

Pizza, beer, good times... and yes... there was pie.
i'm still kind of recovering from the friend high (to say nothing of the drinking)
I do remember appointing various guests to different positions such as viceroy, and duke, and such... but it kind of becomes hazy.

[info]firebreath had pretty much the best gift idea ever! Which was a Conan Neutron "slam book".
A spiral noteboook with Eagles on it (CAWWW!!), various pictures of me, and cut out "rocker" style guitars. People would put their name next to a number and then answer certain questions.
here were the questions and a few choice answers:
Your First Impression of Conan
"Dick"
"I was impressed by his scottish ancestry, then I was impressed by his lung capacity."
"Conan seemed nice. Boy was I wrong."
"Conan was really nice to me on the internet, and when I met him in person he was less crazy then Ben." (HAHA!)

Your First Replicator Experience
"I started this shit with this little hoe, how was it the first time? Like fucking quicksilver jesus doing lines of pure cocaine off the tittles if hookers while surfing down the face of a 60 foot wave." (clearly, that is Chris!)

Last Political Tirade From Conan
"I went to my happy place."

strangely enough there is a weird picture of an animal on this page... who is saying i'm a horse unicorn sexual deviant.

I don't understand it, but I love it!

Then there is a page with one of Mr. Dodgy's stickers and a Gibson explorer with camoflauge paint..
it says: Zack Wylde! Yngwie Malmsten! Paul Miller!
maybe you have to see it, but that is funny too.

ok next:

What Makes Conan Crushworthy?
I love that multiple answers here involved my cats! Who knew the little beasts were such a secret weapon?

also apparantly my sweet soulful smile, understated way with words, energy, sense of humor, sweatiness, dreamy rock and roll style, my glasses and not my glasses.

Also according to Chris my 12" curvaceous penis and the fact that i'm shaven EVERYWHERE.

Best Conan Catchphrase
"Awexome. - duh"
"INDEED!"
"hey! i'm talking!"
"good times, good times"
"who's getting my next beer?"
"What manner of sorcery is this?"
"'I haven't watched tv in over 10 years!', 'I don't drink soda!', 'have you seen the new...'"

Best Story of Conan, Drunk as a Skunk
Lots of great stories here of course, most of which are too long to share, but rad!

I think my favorite might be the picture Eryn drew of me hitting the table for emphasis. Niiiice.
or Chris:
"Conan doesn't drink."
zing!

"Thank you for the concern, now back the fuck off!"
hahahaha

Best Conan Post or Thread on LJ or sf_indieHow Many Work Hours a Week Does Conan Waste Online
popular theme: "wait, conan works?" "days, not hours" "all of them"
etc.
ha ha!
although... I guess i'm proving the point right now aren't I? argh! damn logic.

Last Time Conan Tackled You or Smacked You With His Guitar
"He hit me in the boob with his fucking guitar when he charged the crowd."
"I dodged it by getting behind Lisa Hix."
"Dude poured sweat on me like Def Lepard (sic) pours sugar"

niiiice.

Last Time You Got Some Action From Riffie or Sophia
TMI!
niiiice.

Last Time Conan Used His Famous Charm On You
"When has he not?" "perpetually." "intermittently" and "taint x-tender 4000!"

Last Time You Rode in the Replivan
Sadly, too many answered never. :(
RepliVan 4.0 can't get here fast enough
Lisa Q. had the best bonus answer with "This van ain't big enough for the both of us!"
which is just amazing enough for me to start singing to Chris or Ben next time we're on tour and quarrelling...

Best Argument You've Ever Had With Conan
"I was trying to explain why I voted for Bush"
hah!

Then there's a page of good wishes that John wrote in that almost reads like a Burroughs cut up piece, very non-causality adhering!

If Conan Led a Boy Band, What Would It Be Called?
This was great:
"Cylons to men." "New Trons on the Block" (heh) "Conan & the Skinjobs" "Devo 3.5" "Conan! Conan! Conan!"

Last Time You Heard One of His Playlists
a popular answer was "right now" since I was DJing my own party that I threw for myself. heh.
the other popular answer was "in my head- get out of my head!"

The Thing You Put Up With Because You Love Conan
"Livejournal posts that should be BEHIND CUTS!! lj-cut text='conan rant'", ha ha, like this one?
kisses!!
"his incredible biceps"
"lady killer instincts"
nice compound word there Paulie.

Most Noble Thing Conan's Ever Done For You
This was actually really sweet and endearing. :)
I like Stephanie's answer though: "when he slew a dragon fo rme and then he picked me up and we flew to fantastia together"

Draw A Picture of Conan Neutron
Obviously I couldn't begin to explain how amazing this part is.

And then a freeform section for pictures stories and birthday wishes, which were as sweet and rad as they were funny.
It can be summed up by this though:
"Conan Neutron- a man of few words, humble, not sweaty, serious liar.... oh wrong guy sorry!"

blowing out ye olde candles (by Lisa Q.)

getting the BEST out of my youth (after all I don't have that long left) (by Lisa Q.)

crazy pie cutting action! (by Lisa Q.)

getting the most out of those $1.99 pack of noisemakers. (by Lisa Q.)

I will sweat in a snowstorm, it's true. (by Lisa Q.)

Deliciousness abounds! (by Lisa Q.)

Heather has a red foot, she makes jello in the olde worlde stylee. (by Lisa Q.)

I setup my laptop and DJ'd my own party which worked pretty well, of course since I packed it up with about 20 hours of music for a 3 hour party, I ended up just putting that playlist on random, but it worked pretty well...

After the pizza party part of the evening winded down, we headed over to the kona club for after party drinks, which was very fun as well! I'm sure we talked about some really rad things, but I can't really remember any of them right now.

I would also just like to say, honestly and earnestly that I really do appreciate each and every one of you being my friend and i'm glad to have you in my life.
thank you for a great birthday.

And i'm at work now... boy was that ever a good idea!

i don't understand how people function w/o facebook telling them when birthdays are. w/o facebook feeding me data, i cannot be held accountable for my birthday-related actions or assumptions.
